In March 2020, FNU employees on the Versailles Campus, besides essential workers, were asked to work from home. The COVID-19 positivity rate was at an all-time high in Kentucky, and FNU wanted to ensure the health and safety of FNU employees as much as possible. All FNU employees who did not have an approved exemption from the COVID-19 vaccine returned to Campus, according to their telecommuting agreements, March 28, 2022.
