Campus Operation Services
Operations Services provides operational support for Frontier University which includes Housing/housekeeping, Food Services, Environmental, Ordering, and Transportation. Our goal is to provide exceptional service and operational effectiveness through prep, following processes and procedures, and continuous improvement of those processes and procedures. Together with the help of supporting departments, staff, and faculty, we work to provide an excellent experience for all who visit campus.

Raphael serves as the second-in-command of Dining Services and plays a key leadership role in daily kitchen operations. He is instrumental in preparing both breakfast and lunch service, supports daily prep work, and takes an active role in menu development, particularly for our breakfast offerings. |

Billie oversees the salad bar for both lunch and dinner service, ensuring that all fresh offerings remain stocked and visually appealing. She also maintains our beverage and grab-and-go stations and helps keep the dining hall clean and customer-ready throughout service. |
Gavin is our primary dinner cook and also assists with prep work in support of both Raphael and Billie. He contributes significantly to deep cleaning efforts in both the kitchen and dining hall and plays a hands-on role in setup and execution for campus catering and events. |

Ana serves as our primary dish room lead, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining hall. She also assists with restocking and guest-facing upkeep during service and steps in to support prep work as needed. |
