The permanent academic record of all students enrolled at Frontier Nursing University and all alumni is maintained in the Office of the Registrar. Transcripts are available from the Registrar only upon student or alumnus written and signed request. No transcript will be provided for any student who has outstanding financial obligations to the FNU. An official transcript has a fee of $10 per transcript (please see the FNU Catalog for more information).
Please note that we must received payment confirmation before we can process transcript requests.
Transcripts are typically processed within 3 business days of the request date and are mailed using the U.S. Postal Service. Once a request is processed and leaves the FNU Office of the Registrar, delivery is the responsibility of the U.S. Postal Service. FNU cannot guarantee delivery and is not responsible for delays due to post office handling. Transcripts lost during the delivery process may result in the student having to request and pay for additional transcripts.
