Rhonda Arthur, DNP, CNM, WHNP-BC, FNP-BC, CNE, holds a Doctor of Nursing with focus of educational leadership from Case Western Reserve University. She has certificates in Nurse Midwifery, Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner from Frontier Nursing University. Dr. Arthur completed her certification in Nursing Education in November 2014. Dr. Arthur began teaching at FNU in 2006. Rhonda has published on quality outcome measures and women's health clinical guidelines. Dr. Arthur has presented at national conferences on clinical issues and clinical precepting. Dr Arthur is a member of The American College of Nurse Midwives, The National Organization of Nurse Practitioner Faculties, The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners.
