Neurodivergent Students in Nursing

The Neurodivergent student-interest group aims to generate dialogue about professional development and leadership for nursing students related to neurodiversity/neurodivergent. This group provides opportunities for conversation around the following aspects of neurodiversity/neurodivergent in the nursing profession:

  • Facilitating professional development for students in nursing
  • Discussing challenges and triumphs that students in nursing face related to neurodiversity/neurodivergent
  • Learning about strategies for success and obtaining information about key organizations for students/nurses
  • Facilitating strong collegial relationships between nursing students and other nurses in the discipline
