Frontier Nursing University’s Human Resource Services is responsible for the overall planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling of human resources functions to promote the effective and efficient utilization of all FNU personnel. The human resource functions of FNU include employee recruitment and retention, benefits management and counseling, training and development, compensation administration, employee evaluations, and regulatory compliance.
