Minimum Qualifications: Kansas RN and CNM APRN License (or commitment to obtain on hire) AMCB Certification, current NRP and CPR. STABLE recommended during orientation. Have a Passion for Midwifery and serving our diverse community.  We are working on our HPSA score that would allow us to provide NHSC Loan Repayment and Scholar employment.

Preferred Experience: Minimum of 1 year full-scope midwifery experience, out-of-hospital birth setting, and water birth. We offer new grads a one year internship experience that supports your transition to independent practice. Kansas is a full practice authority licensure state. 

Competitive Salary based on experience, clinic and on-call schedule. $80-107K. Our team enjoys family friendly schedules and 4 weeks paid time off per year. Competitive benefits package including Healthcare Insurance, Life Insurance, Dental, and Vision.
