Frontier Nursing University would like to congratulate Dr. Cathy
Collins-Fulea who will be inducted as the president of the American College of Nurse-Midwives at the 65th ACNM Annual Meeting planned for May 30-June 1! Dr.Collins-Fulea, DNP, CNM, FACNM, is a course faculty member and DNP graduate of FNU. Throughout her career as a Certified Nurse-Midwife, she has been active in ACNM on both state and national levels. She has chaired several committees including the Michigan Chapter of ACNM, the National Quality Management Section, the Division of Standards and Practice, the Service Directors Network, and the Volunteer Structure Re-Alignment Task Force.

As we extend our congratulations to Dr. Collins-Fulea, we also would like to acknowledge FNU president Dr. Susan Stone, who has served as the ACNM president for the past two years. She has demonstrated her dedication to nurse-midwifery throughout her career and we are proud of her leadership of both FNU and ACNM.
