Biography
Dr. Foy was born in Cameroon, West Africa and completed a BSN at the Prestigious University of Buea. She worked as a Registered Nurse in Cameroon for a brief period and relocated to the USA. She obtained an MSN-FNP and a DNP from Duke University and University of North Carolina respectively. She is passionate about improving access to health care. She brings a 20-year career in nursing and an eleven-year wealth of experience in Nursing education. She she is not helping patients and students, she is enjoying quality time with her husband and 2 amazing children. She also enjoys reading, gardening, music and Law & Order. She is excited to walk with her students at FNU as they continue to develop themselves professionally.
