Biography
Amy Nassar has been a Family Nurse Practitioner since 1998 and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner since 2024, bringing over two decades of diverse clinical experience across a wide range of healthcare settings. Her background includes work in a busy rural family practice, a safety-net clinic in Maryland, the Diabetes Institute at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, a cardiology practice at George Washington University Hospital, a birth center in Washington, DC, retail health, and an outpatient psychiatric crisis residential program.
In addition to her clinical work, Amy currently serves as course faculty at Frontier Nursing University, teaching PC716 and FNP702, where she supports and educates the next generation of advanced practice nurses.
