Biography
Dr. Lewis has been in the field of Psychiatric-Mental Health nursing for 36 years. She is a graduate of the University of Texas at El Paso where she started out with her BSN and then obtained her MSN. She went on to obtain a Post-Master's Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification from the University of South Alabama. She later completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. She is currently course faculty for the PMHNP course MH 707.
