FNU to Visit "Today Show" & Sponsor 5K in Honor of

National Midwifery Week

 

In honor of National Midwifery Week, October 1-7, Frontier Nursing University (FNU) is participating in several events in New York City celebrating and supporting the important work of midwives. FNU also hopes to help bring attention to our country’s high rates of maternal death and injury and the vital role that nurse-midwives play in filling this healthcare gap.

Walk or run with us as part of the Miles for Midwives 5K! Alumni, current students and all friends and supporters are invited to join the FNU group at the race, which raises funds for midwives in New York City and the families they serve. All team members will receive a FNU t-shirt so we have a visible presence in supporting this worthy cause! All participants should meet at the FNU table by 8:00 am to pick up your t-shirt.
