Biography
Ann has nursing and midwifery degrees from Marquette University and completed her DNP from Frontier Nursing University. In 2004, she began her midwifery career at a free-standing non-profit birth center in Pittsburgh, PA, and became the Clinical Director in 2010. After 17 years working at the birth center attending hospital and birth center births, she left to pursue her DNP and work as clinical faculty at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, educating medical students, residents, and midwifery students in an urban teaching hospital and a rural community hospital. She joined FNU in August of 2024 as regional clinical faculty (RCF).
