Biography
Dr. Cindy McCullough completed her CNEP with Frontier Nursing University in 2015. In 2016, she completed her DNP project with FNU on the implementation of the postpartum hemorrhage tool kit within the birth center setting. Cindy has had the privilege to attend birth in the home, birth center, and hospital setting. She has practiced in both Florida and Oregon. She practices full-scope midwifery in Portland, OR currently with a passion for birth inclusivity, body autonomy, breast and chestfeeding, informed choice, and postpartum hemorrhage. Cindy is Regional Clinical Faculty for Oregon. She enjoys knitting, crocheting, a good cup of coffee, hiking, and escaping on family vacations.
