Biography
Dr. Gayle Phillips is an assistant professor at Frontier Nursing University in the role of Regional Clinical Faculty in the Psychiatric Mental Health Program. She began nursing academics at Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, KY, with an Associate Degree in Nursing in 1988. She earned her BSN in 2007 and MSN in 2009, also from WKU. Her Doctorate in Nursing Practice was conferred at Robert Morris University in Moon Township, PA, in 2013. Her national certifications in advanced practice nursing are, WHNP, FNP, PMHNP, and CNE.
She lives in beautiful central Kentucky with her husband. She has two children and ten grandchildren.
