Biography
DeNese began her career as a labor and delivery nurse in 1987. After starting a family and gaining experience as an RN she enrolled in the CNEP program at Frontier. She graduated from Frontier's Midwifery program in 2013. DeNese works as a full-scope nurse-midwife for the Lakota Sioux Nation in Pine Ridge, South Dakota. The completion of her Doctor of Nursing Practice was accomplished on June 22, 2018. In her free time, she enjoys gardening and spending time with her husband, five children, and grandbabies.
