Students must bring a laptop and a mobile device to Frontier Bound and Clinical Bound for various sessions. A Tech Know-How session led by IT staff will be presented during Frontier Bound to help orient students to the Frontier website and the various applications that students will use. Troubleshooting and support will be provided during these sessions to help remove technological barriers to your success.
Stay Informed
FNU relies on many third-party applications whose developers set their own hardware and software compatibilities and requirements. We strive to use applications that are reliable and broadly compatible with most modern hardware and operating systems. Please keep in mind that technology changes rapidly and sometimes unpredictably. Because of these considerations, FNU updates minimum and recommended device requirements over time, and it is always possible that your device may become unsupported. In that event, you may need to acquire a new device that meets the minimum requirements.
Our IT support team is here to assist you with any questions or concerns regarding technology requirements. You can reach our support team at support@frontier.edu or (859) 251-4545
