Campus Operation Services

Operations Services provides operational support for Frontier University which includes Housing/housekeeping, Food Services, Environmental, Ordering, and Transportation. Our goal is to provide exceptional service and operational effectiveness through prep, following processes and procedures, and continuous improvement of those processes and procedures. Together with the help of supporting departments, staff, and faculty, we work to provide an excellent experience for all who visit campus.

Takes care of all Housing and Transportation needs for students coming and going to Bound. The Campus Operations Coordinator is responsible for the gift shop, ordering materials/supplies for the gift shop and campus.

Alex Green 
Food Service Manager

Alex is FNU’s Chef. He is responsible for all Campus dining services and catering. This includes leading the dining service staff, food ordering, and creating menus.

 Raphael Quiney
Sous Chef    
Raphael is FNU’s Sous Chef; second in charge of dining services. He takes care of the bulk of lunch and dinner services and is very instrumental in the daily prep of each meal service. 

Billie Way
Billie is a prep cook and assists daily with desserts and salad bar items. She fills in for cooking lunch and dinner items and helps during the President’s House Reception night setup. 

Salem Caverly
Food Service Worker 
Salem is our main morning cook. He preps and serves our hot breakfast and ensures that our drink stations and snacks are prepared and stocked for the day. 

Madeline Hall
Food Service Worker 
Madeline (Maddy) is our food service worker responsible for dish clean up and dining room set up. Madeline also helps in preparation for our celebration dinner for both Frontier and Clinical Bounds.
