Dr Tseng is a psychiatric and family nurse practitioner. She is a graduate of University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Dr. Tseng has practiced at a large level II trauma center in consult and liaison role, psychiatric emergency and acute care psychiatric unit. She also provides care at a substance use disorder clinic and was a volunteer provider at a community health free clinic.
Dr Tseng is an avid historian and student of history and literature at Oxford University in their certificate of higher education program. She is a member of the Worshipful Society of Apothecaries in London. Her areas of scholarship include historical medical - specifically psychiatric - treatments as well as the use of literature as a primary source for psychiatric perspectives and treatment.
Most important however is her role as mother and Grandmother and sweetheart of a wonderful husband - herder of chickens and one stubborn dog. She can often be found dressed for a party in 1780.
