Job Description: Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA)
Position: Part-Time
Location: A New You Women’s Clinic, 1426 E Bradford Pkwy, Springfield, MO
Reports to: Clinic Owner

As we expand our services to include men’s health, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team.

Position Overview
The NP/PA will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care on a part-time basis. This position involves providing medical evaluations, designing personalized treatment plans, and performing non-invasive procedures. The ideal candidate is a motivated, detail-oriented professional with a passion for wellness, anti-aging, and men’s health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Care: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical exams, and lab work analysis.
  • Develop individualized care plans, focusing on hormone optimization, peptide therapy, and other wellness treatments.
  • Provide education and counseling on health, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Clinical Procedures:
  • Administer treatments such as hormone pellet insertion, injections (e.g., Tri-Immunity Boost), and IV therapies.
  • Perform or oversee aesthetic procedures, such as toxin treatments and advanced therapies (if trained).
  • Men’s Health Services:
  • Provide consultations and treatments tailored to men’s health, such as testosterone therapy and wellness optimization.
  • Address common health concerns, including energy, performance, and weight management.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the clinic owner, aesthetician, and other staff to ensure seamless care.
  • Assist in training and mentoring team members as needed.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using the clinic's electronic medical record (EMR) system.
  • Participate in team meetings, quality assurance, and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Education & Licensing:
  • Master’s degree or higher from an accredited NP or PA program.
  • Current licensure as an NP or PA in Missouri.
  • DEA certification (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Experience:
  • At least 2 years of experience in clinical practice, preferably in wellness, primary care, or aesthetics is preferred.
  • Experience with hormone optimization and peptide therapy is highly desirable.

Work Schedule
