Northwest Women’s Care is a growing and compassionate obstetric and gynecology practice providing exceptional care for women at all stages of life. Conveniently located across the street from Banner Del Webb Labor and Delivery and Medical Center, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) to join our team. This provider-level role will focus primarily on in-office women’s health services, including preventive care, gynecology, and prenatal management in collaboration with our physicians.
Established in 2019 and steadily growing, we specialize in routine women’s health, gynecologic concerns, and pregnancy care.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient women’s health care, including annual exams, family planning, contraception management, and preventive screenings.
- Manage prenatal visits and routine obstetric care in collaboration with supervising physicians.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat common gynecologic and obstetric conditions.
- Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing as appropriate.
- Provide patient education regarding reproductive health, pregnancy, menopause, and general wellness.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure patient-centered, coordinated care.
- Document all patient interactions and care plans accurately in Elation EMR.
Requirements
- Current and unrestricted licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in Arizona, with certification in Women’s Health.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in women’s health or OB/GYN preferred.
- Knowledge of common gynecologic issues, contraception, and prenatal management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with physicians in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to provide triage coverage one weekend per month, responding to patient calls and offering clinical guidance based on established protocols.
Work Hours
- Full-time, outpatient-focused role.
- Office hours are Monday–Thursday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM) and Friday (8:00 AM – 2:00 PM).
