You’ll be supported by:

  • 4 Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs)
  • 2 Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs)
  • 1 Physician Assistant (PA)
  • Compassionate support staff and community doulas


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full-spectrum midwifery care: prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic services
  • Conduct gynecological exams and family planning counseling
  • Collaborate with physicians, MFMs, and other healthcare professionals
  • Participate in births, including hospital transfers and first assist in cesarean sections
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Stay up-to-date on advancements in midwifery care
  • Knowledge, Skills and AbilitieS
  • Experience in labor and delivery (hospital and/or birth center)
  • Proficient in documentation, coding, and prenatal assessments
  • Experience or interest in LGBTQIA+ inclusive care
  • Ability to manage emergencies and transitions of care
  • Familiarity with sonography and NICU protocols a plus
  • Experience, Education and Credentials


CNM certification by AMCB

  • RN and APRN licensure in Montana (or eligibility)
  • 1+ year CNM experience preferred; strong new grads encouraged to apply

Pay: $90,000 - $110,00 per year
