Full job description
Cambridge Biotherapies is hiring a part-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for our Central Square clinic. On-site Saturdays 8a–6p, plus a few remote hours around your schedule. No call, no inpatient coverage.
$84–123/hour depending on experience, plus performance-based bonuses.
The role
You'll be the responsible prescriber for our Saturday interventional clinic.
- Initial consultations and treatment planning for patients with treatment-resistant depression, PTSD, anxiety, OCD, and eating disorders
- On-site responsible prescriber during Spravato (esketamine) administration, per REMS requirements
- Consultation notes and coordination with outside referring providers
- Follow-up visits and ongoing patient communication
- Clinical and administrative team meetings
What you'll work with
Spravato (esketamine) under REMS, IV ketamine, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, and TMS: standard rTMS and accelerated theta-burst.
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts NP license with PMHNP certification (PMHNP-BC)
- DEA registration and Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration or the ability to obtain both before your start date
- Comfort working with patients who have failed multiple prior treatments
