FNU celebrates diversity in September by honoring National Hispanic Heritage Month! Our three featured people are Henrietta Villaescusa, the first Hispanic nurse to be appointed Health Administrator, in the Department of Health, Education and Welfare; Hector Hugo Gonzales, a founding member of the National Association of Hispanic Nurses; and Doña Jesusita Aragón, a midwife who delivered more than 12,000 babies.
