Scavenger Hunt

Congratulations! You have answered the call to become a nurse-midwife or nurse practitioner. Complete any of the tasks below to participate in a virtual scavenger hunt during your time on campus. A random drawing to win a tervis cup from the FNU gift shop will take place following your Bound.  

To enter post your items to either Facebook or Twitter with #FNUAnswerTheCall anytime throughout the  week. All posts must be “public” and include the #FNUAnswerTheCall to be entered in the drawing for a prize.

• “Like” Frontier Nursing University’s Facebook page and “check in” when you arrive on campus.

• Follow Frontier Nursing University on Twitter and tweet the ONE thing about visiting campus you are most excited about!.

• Snap and post a pic of your view from your dorm room.

• Post a short video or status update that finishes the sentence…”I answered the call to become a nurse-midwife/nurse practitioner because____”

• In one hallway of the Morton-Gill Building (first floor) you will find a framed article on the FNU PRIDE Program. Post one thing you learned about the diversity initiative.

• Post a selfie of you with any faculty member on campus.

• Post a selfie of you with any new classmate(s) on campus.

• Post a photo of your color group.

• Name your favorite session of the week and tell us why it is your favorite.

• Post a video of your favorite spot on campus (tell us why it is your favorite in the video)!

• Find the FNS riding uniform in the Morton-Gill Building and post a pic with you and at least one other student.

• In a video, tell us one fact you learned about Mary Breckinridge or FNS during your tour of Wendover.

• Create a DubSmash that sums up your thoughts on your stay on campus.

• Show us a picture of you (or a classmate) ringing the bell at the end of the week!

• Circle Up--as you reflect back on the week, summarize your feelings on your experience in 140 characters or less  

• Post a short video or status update that finishes the sentence, “I chose frontier because…”

• Post a short video to the FNU Facebook page that finishes the sentence, “After this experience, I know that FNU is the right place for me because…”
