Multi-factor Authentication Setup

The following steps will guide you through the login process and setting up Multi-Factor Authentication: 

1. Login Process:

  1.  Begin by navigating to the login page at portal.frontier.edu and clicking Sign In in the upper right corner of the screen. Then continue signing in as shown in the picture below.

  1. On the initial screen, click the large blue button labeled "Next." 

  1. Authentication Options:

    1. For optimal security, we recommend downloading and using the Microsoft Authenticator app on your mobile device https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/security/mobile-authenticator-app. This method provides a robust layer of protection for your account.

    2. If you prefer a different authentication method, you can select the link at the bottom left of the screen that reads, "I want to set up a different method."
