ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

IMPORTANT: Criteria are reviewed periodically for consistency with existing degree conferral policies and are, therefore, subject to change. For questions, please contact your Academic Advisor or the Registrar.

Graduates whose degree was conferred on 9.28.24 or later will be invited to participate in our next commencement ceremony on 9.27.25.

Current FNU students whose degree has not been conferred must meet the following eligibility criteria by 9.26.25 to participate in the Commencement Ceremony on 9.27.25:

Currently enrolled DNP Students Currently enrolled MSN & PGC Students
Have an A, B, I, or IP in all remaining required DNP courses. 

  • Have an A or B in MH/NM/FNP/WH 715 (or 752) posted to the transcript, AND

  • Have an A, B, or IP grade in MH/NM/FNP/WH 716 (or 753) by the date of Commencement AND

  • Have an A, B, or I grade in MH/NM/FNP/WH 717 by the date of Commencement.*

*Students who fail MH/NM/FNP/WH717 in the summer term must contact their academic advisor to determine eligibility for participation in Commencement.
