Once you complete your program

Apply for graduation

Once you have met all program requirements, don’t forget to apply for graduation with the Registrar to have your degree conferred. Click here to review the requirements and to access the application form.

Save-the-Date info to be sent

Watch your FNU inbox for a Save-the-Date email to all recent & soon-to-be graduates (based on Spring 2025 enrollment). Details to be included: regalia (cap-gown-hood – required for all ceremony participants); choosing a headshot for your ceremony slide; opportunities to submit candid photos for a slideshow video; area lodging; campus open house, and student awards.

Jostens price increase

The Jostens site will be down for annual maintenance; regalia pricing will likely increase after the site reopens

RSVP link to be sent

Watch your FNU inbox for an RSVP link (Tassle.com). You’ll have about FOUR WEEKS to respond. (deadline: Aug 15) IMPORTANT: If you feel you are eligible to participate and you have not received your RSVP link by July 28, please check your FNU spam folder and then contact us: Commencement@frontier.edu

Jostens order deadline

Recommended order-by date if buying regalia (cap-gown-hood) from Jostens; this pads their 6-week home-ship delivery estimate with extra time in case of delivery delays before you travel to KY. Note: You may order from Jostens or any comparable vendor. Click here for more details on regalia ordering.

RSVP due

Mandatory: Ceremony RSVP (including headshot photo) is due via Tassel.com. If you feel you are eligible to participate and you have not received your RSVP link by July 28, please check your FNU spam folder and then contact us: Commencement@frontier.edu

Optional: last day to submit candid photos for possible inclusion in ceremony video – click here for submission form

Summer term DNP students - QI project titles due

DNP candidates enrolled in Summer 2025 -- this is the last date to finalize your Quality Improvement project title via the Exit Ticket (linked inside the online course) for inclusion in the commencement ceremony publication.

Area hotel deals ending
