FAMILY MEDICINE OPPORTUNITY

Since 2007, I have been practicing Family Medicine at my own very small office in Versailles. I will be retiring in the spring of 2026, and now my established practice represents a wonderful opportunity for the right Primary Care Provider.

I spend a lot of time with my patients, so I've been unable to accept any new patients for several years, but we turn away prospective patients on a near daily basis, so the new provider could continue to practice at my pace, or he or she could quickly increase the number of patients.

Everything is set up – a small comfortable office with very reasonable rent, a single exam room with a nice exam table and EKG machine, a little lab room, electronic medical records, etc.

Of course, I am not at all familiar with selling or transferring a practice, so I'm quite flexible about the exact arrangements. I'm overworked at present, so the successful candidate could potentially begin a transition period at any time.
